Full-Time
The NHS
My full time role in the NHS involves assessing patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, helping determine the most appropriate treatment pathway, whether that involves physiotherapy, scans, medication, injections, or surgical referral.

Part-Time
Private Practice
Returning to private practice part time allows me to spend more time with each patient and combine my clinical expertise with strength and conditioning in a gym-based environment, delivering personalised rehabilitation that focuses on long-term recovery, improved function, and lasting results.
Areas of Expertise
Six disciplines, one clinician.
Exercise Therapy
Structured, progressive exercise programmes built around your specific movement goals, not a generic sheet of stretches. Programmes are refined session to session as your strength and function improve.
Advanced Diagnostics
A thorough clinical assessment to work out exactly what's driving your pain, drawing on the same diagnostic reasoning used daily in the NHS to decide between physiotherapy, scans, medication, injections, or surgical referral.
Injection Therapy
Landmark-guided cortisone and Ostenil injections for knees, shoulders, hips, fingers and thumbs, used as a bridge to rehabilitation rather than a stand-alone fix.
Acupuncture
Offered alongside hands-on treatment and exercise therapy where it's clinically appropriate, as one part of a broader pain-management toolkit.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on joint and soft tissue treatment to ease pain and restore movement, paired with active rehabilitation rather than used on its own.
Complex Chronic Pain Management
Experience managing long-standing, complex pain presentations, built on years of NHS caseload work with patients whose problems haven't responded to a first round of treatment.
